Hey HN! We're Luke and Varun, and we built something to fix an annoying problem in real estate: reaching homeowners directly. Current options are spam calls, junk mail, or agents cold knocking with "thinking about selling?"

Instead, we have local agents hand-deliver real offers to owners. Enter any address, submit your offer ($49), and an agent delivers it in person. They get a legitimate reason to knock ("I have an offer for your home"), you reach the owner directly, and owners get real offers instead of spam.
